The masks are off but not the gloves. We have two rounds for you to spar gates with ski racing legends Phil & Steve Mahre this this June! We created a special new camp this summer where we will stay altogether right on the mountain at the exclusive Silcox Lodge – it’s the only ski in ski out camp on Mt Hood and is sure to be filled with great fun and memories. We will also offer a back to back option with our traditional 4 day GS camp that we have successfully run for the last 11 years.

Space is starting to fill up for both options so have a look at each below and reserve your spot before they sell out. Discounts Available for Those Doing Both Camps!

Join us for a special 3 days and nights with the Mahre Brothers high up at Mt. Hood. Silcox Hut, located one mile above Timberline Lodge, is the ultimate bed & breakfast at 7,000 feet. This will be an incredible adventure with quality time being coached on the snow by Phil & Steve with nights spent sharing meals, stories and laughs in a private lodge with only our group spending the nights. Overnights include: a Silcox Hut host on-site for the duration of your stay, with dinner, transportation between Timberline Lodge and Silcox by snowcat, down bedding, and breakfast. We will have video sessions in the hut as well as food to make your own lunches and a good supply of drinks and snacks.

Adult racers of all abilities will experience Olympic class instruction from the greats of the sport. Phil and Steve Mahre along with guest coaches Mark Burandt and Evan Keefer. We will ski out of the hut first thing in the morning and get first tracks to the lift before we begin GS training on the famous Palmer Glacier of Mt Hood. We will also focus on improving everyone’s general skiing ability with personalized instruction, daily video review and detailed instruction.

Participants will enjoy early mornings on the hill, racing, training and sharing stories with Phil and Steve, as well as afternoon video sessions and other activities. The hut stay at Silcox includes one daily roundtrip shuttle to the parking lot which we can use to go to afternoon activities like Mtn Bike riding, Hiking or just a lunch trip to Hood River. Leaving the mountain might be hard to do though as it’s so beautiful in the evening with sunsets and the whole mountain to ourselves.

4 Day Camp June 16-19th, 2022
Come Celebrate 11 Years of Fun!

Join us for the 11th Annual ADL Mahre Camp this June. We are changing things up this year just a bit. Instead of 5 Day camp with 2 days of GS we are doing a 4 day Camp with day 1 fundamentals of GS, Drills and Warm-up, followed by 3 days of GS training.

Lodging – Mt Hood Inn is taking reservations with a generous cancellation policy. Collins Lake Condos is taking reservations but is much more strict about their rules. VRBO and AirBnB places are also available often with better cancellation policies.

For those wanting 7 days of training you can combine the two camps and get a discount for doing both camps.

Participants will enjoy early mornings on the hill, racing, training and sharing stories with Phil and Steve, as well as afternoon video sessions and other activities. Saturday night is our big party night and 2Hammers.org silent auction and of course, the infamous ADL Nagel Spiel Tournament of Champions. Unlike past years, this summers party will only include the people who are registered for the camp… So if you want to party and enter the Nagel Spiel Tourney you need to join the camp – it’s a night you don’t want to miss.

The ADL Mahre camp is a once in a lifetime experience with two of the greatest and nicest legends of the sport. In the spirit of the ADL we host this camp to improve our skiing, but more importantly to give back to the legends who inspired us to ski and race. All levels of skiers are welcome.
